CURRENT students who transfer into Colmesneil ISD from other districts need to pick up transfer paperwork for the 2022-2023 school year. The deadline for current students to submit transfer applications is May 5, 2022.
NEW students to Colmesneil ISD who will be considered transfers (students who live outside the district boundaries) will be accepted for the fall semester of the 2022-2023 school year until July 28, 2022. Packets received after July 28, 2022, will be considered for the spring semester of the 2022-2023 school year.

Women in Public Finance Texas Chapter Scholarship - Application Deadline 04/01/22
Two $1000.00 scholarships will be awarded, and recipients are eligible to reapply for the scholarship each year. Applicants must be females graduating from a Texas school who are planning to attend a Texas Institution of higher education in the Fall of 2022. Must have a minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale. Must have an interest in pursuing a public finance related career, which may include the fields of finance, banking, government, non-profits, or law.

#JustSayNo 2.0 Nancy Reagan Scholarship - Application Deadline 03/27/22
Two $2500 scholarships will be awarded. Only the first 100 submissions will be considered, which increases your odds of winning! Students are invited to compete by updating the iconic 1980s public service campaign for the modern era. Students work individually to produce and submit an original :30 video public service announcement (PSA) to encourage their peers to stand strong against today's drug pressures. Submit yours ASAP to be included!
Local Scholarship Application Deadline - 03/24/22

Lockheed Martin Vocational Scholarship - Application Deadline 04/01/22
This is a $5,000 scholarship, and up to 150 scholarships will be awarded. Applicants must be planning to enroll part- or full-time at one of the following types of accredited institutions: vocational technical school, trade school, two-year community college or state college. Applicants must be pursuing an associate’s degree, credit-bearing certificate or an industry-recognized credential, in one of the following fields of study: Computer & Information Sciences, Engineering, Engineering Technologies, Mechanic & Repair Technologies, Advanced Manufacturing.

Lockheed Martin STEM Scholarship - Application Deadline 04/01/22
This $10,000 scholarship is renewable for up to three additional years or until a bachelor’s degree is earned, whichever occurs first. Up to 200 scholarships will be awarded. Applicants must have a cumulative GPA of 2.5 or above, must plan to enroll full-time at an accredited four-year college or university in the U.S., and must plan to major in Aerospace Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Electrical and Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Mechanical Engineering, or Physics.

CONGRATULATIONS to Scott Eddins, Kolyer Marshall, and Katelynn (KK) Eddins for making it to the state semi-finals! Top 12 in Division 1 (1A-4A) with only one last step to head to state! Their awesome Documentary about Coach Ramos was ALSO nominated for the Nobelity Project Award that deals with overcoming adversity and bringing social change! We are so incredibly proud of our students!!!

American College Foundation (ACF) Visionary Scholarship - Application Deadline 5/1/22 - All high school grades are eligible!
The ACF Annual Visionary Scholarship Program offers multiple awards ranging from $1,000 to $5,000. High school Freshmen, Sophomores, Juniors, and Seniors are invited to apply. Financial need is NOT considered; all income levels may apply.

Tyler County Farm Bureau Scholarship - Application Deadline 4/1/22. Students are eligible to apply if they have a minimum 2.7 GPA, and if their parent/stepparent is a member, in good standing, with Tyler County Farm Bureau. See Mrs. Franco for an application.

Elaine Clow/Sue Wood Scholarship - Application Deadline 4/25/22.
The Elaine Clow/Sue Wood Scholarship is for seniors residing in Tyler County who have plans to enroll in a trade school, vocational school, college, or university. The amount of the scholarship and number of scholarships may vary. Students are encouraged to complete the application and submit any reference letters, transcripts, or other information they would like to share with the Scholarship Review Committee. Since eligibility is limited to Tyler County seniors, this means there is less competition and a greater chance of scholarships being awarded to Colmesneil students!

British American Foundation of Texas Undergraduate Scholarship - Application Deadline 3/31/22
This scholarship is for students residing in Texas and applying for funding to study in Texas, whether at a 4 year or a 2 year college. Students must maintain a GPA of 3.25 or above, and must major in science, technology, engineering, math or business. The scholarship is intended for low income families, but income level is not specified because it varies based on household size.
