If you have a child entering Pre-K or Kindergarten for the 26-27 school year, mark your calendars for this important event!

Come out and show our Sr some love as she plays her last home game tomorrow night!

8th Grade Meeting

Prom is less than 2 weeks away and we are excited to bring the glamour to our small town! We are inviting the community to come be part of the paparazzi! Bring your cameras and your lawn chairs and set up on the Elementary walkway so you can see all of the beautiful dresses and the fun rides these students come up with. The prom parade will begin 6:15pm. They will receive valet parking and walk up the grand entry beside the Supt office where they will be announced before entering the "Night at the Met Gala."
What a fun night for everyone!
Please park in the Elementary driveway or side of the road as to not block the gates where they will enter.

Wishing luck to our CHS Track teams!

The gifted and talented class of Colmesneil Elementary took a field trip to continue their research of a local community 5 miles northwest of Colmesneil. This Community was called the Mobile community and was thriving during the late 1800s early 1900s. The students visited local Texas historical markers, the Sunny Dell Church, which is recognized by the Texas State historical Society, two local cemeteries where they researched several families that lived during this time period, and they ended up on old Kirby Road where several of the artifacts they have uncovered were originally found. They rounded out the day at the Bulldog Cafe for lunch and lively conversation about their findings! The gifted and talented class looks forward to sharing with their teachers and classes, their school board and their community all about their research and the connections they have made from the past to the future of Tyler County.
