Our Student Council hosted a recycling project where we collected and recycled plastic bags as part of a project for our Energy and Environment committee. We collected 2,397 bags total!
Elementary Total - 849
JH/HS Total - 1584
2nd grade won on the elementary campus with 386 bags. 11th grade won on the JH/HS campus with 399 bags. It was a fun way to learn how to help our environment.
Here are a few pictures of our StuCo officers delivering the bags to the Recycle bins at our local Walmart. Thanks to everyone who participated!

Today's softball game has been canceled due to sickness at Burkeville ISD. This will not be rescheduled.

All 5th-7th grade girls have the opportunity to learn foundational volleyball skills at Colmesneil ISD. Coach Chunn will be opening the R.B. Moffett Gym every Sunday from 1:00 pm to 2:30 pm starting this Sunday, March 9th. Don't miss out on this opportunity!

Our Floral Design Classes have been busy! Each student made an acrylic bookmark with pressed flowers and designed and decorated a wooden circle to be part of their classroom garland. This week they have made ribbon roses and button flowers.
Hands on learning is always fun!
