On behalf of the Colmesneil Independent School District, I would like to welcome you to our school district’s website. It continues to be an honor to serve as Superintendent to the students enrolled in Colmesneil ISD.

The staff of Colmesneil ISD strives to provide every student with a safe, nurturing, and rigorous learning environment. We are proud of the many accomplishments of our students and staff. We commit ourselves each day to prepare our students to succeed in all situations.

The District welcomes and encourages the involvement of parents and other significant stakeholders. Parents, educators, and the community of key partners and benefactors share the common goal of ensuring the success of all children.

 

The ongoing support of parents and community members plays a significant role in the success of our children. The level of parental involvement and support in the educational system is often reflected in the achievement level of children. It is important for parents to take an active role by reinforcing learning and supporting the efforts of teachers.

 

With this in mind, there are many opportunities available for parents to be involved in the education of their children. Among these opportunities are PTO membership, Campus Improvement Committees, District Improvement Committees and many more. Your support and involvement can make a positive difference in the life of your child and many other students while contributing to the success of Colmesneil ISD.

 

Parents are encouraged to visit with the principal of the campus their children attend and explore opportunities to become involved as a school volunteer. Colmesneil ISD is proud to have high quality teachers, administrators, and staff members working in partnership with parents to ensure the success of every student.
